The international consulting company CBRE is developing Hotel Consulting Services. On January 2nd, 2019, Rafał Rosiejak became its director with over 25 years of experience in business consulting, including 15 years on the hotel and conference market. Agnieszka Topczewska also joined the team taking the position of Senior Consultant.
Rafał Rosiejak has extensive experience in the hotel sector. He launched Hampton by Hilton hotel in Gdańsk Oliwa onto the market, worked for FIFA in Zurich managing the accommodation for the FIFA World Cup in Russia 2018, and served as the national coordinator being responsible for accommodating football teams, VIPs and supporters of the European Football Championship UEFA EURO 2012. He was a lecturer in Hotel and Business Management at the Gdańsk School of Banking.
Agnieszka Topczewska has gained her professional experience in hotel consultancy by cooperating with the Polish and international hotel chains, which included developing strategies and recommendations of the facility development as well as audits and market analyses. Previously, she managed real estate projects in the Polish State Railways and during the organization of the UEFA Euro 2012 at the National Stadium. She is a graduate of Real Estate Management and she completed a postgraduate studies in Property Management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
