Natalia Sobecka has joined CBRE Retail Agency Team as Director responsible for Tenant Representation Coordination in the CEE Region. She will be focusing on the development of tenant representation service line in Central and Eastern European countries by providing support to clients, who are ready for development in the CEE region and those who intend to grow from CEE into Western Europe.
Natalia has been in the retail business for ten years so far. She started her career at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she gathered experience for almost 5 years working on different projects and existing assets all around Poland. In 2013 she joined Unibail-Rodamco Warsaw team and was committed to leasing of the biggest Warsaw shopping centres. From Warsaw Natalia has been transferred to Paris, where she started her international adventure in the Corporate Lasing Team. During that period Natalia strengthened her business relationships with premium brands such as Rituals, Scotch&Soda, Kusmi Tea, Vapiano, Liu Jo and was responsible for their expansion into existing and new markets within the Unibail – Rodamco’s portfolio. Over the last year, Natalia was engaged in one of the company’s main retail projects - Mall of the Netherlands as a Project Leader Leasing.
Natalia speaks fluent English. She is a graduate of the University of the West of England and Wyzsza Szoła Biznesu-National Louise University.
In her free time she loves to travel and look for new inspirations.
