CBRE is pleased to announce that Pawel Rudiak has joined the Capital Markets Team as Senior Investment Consultant. Pawel will be supporting the development of Market Rented Residential and Student Housing Sectors. He will be responsible for providing brokerage advice on the acquisition and disposal of investment assets to Institutional Investors, Developers and Property Companies. In his new role Pawel will be concentrating on assisting clients on viability appraisals, advising on and overseeing land and investment sales.
The Private Rented Sector has been slowly growing in importance among investors active on the Polish investment market. In order to meet our clients expectations, CBRE has decided to complement the offer of Capital Markets Team with services dedicated to residential and student housing sectors. In this way, the company will be able to provide access to full range of investment properties in Warsaw and major regional markets in Poland.
Pawel has more than 6 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked for a year at Cushman & Wakefield Warsaw’s investment team, previously spending 10 years in United Kingdom. While abroad Pawel gathered experience across all major market sectors, predominantly on behalf of institutional clients specializing in residential investment and student housing accommodation.
Pawel Rudiak is a graduate of the University of Aberdeen and Heriot–Watt University. He likes travelling and is interested in learning new technologies.
